Energy Saving Week

Here in the UK it is the start of Energy Saving Week running from the 20th to the 26th October. Energy Saving Week is organised by the Energy Saving Trust and the aim is to focus householders attention on ways to save energy and reduce their carbon footprint.

One of the tools to promote energy saving is the energy saving clock. (I think it looks a bit like ‘Dusty Bin’!) The ‘clock’ shows energy saving actions that can take minutes to do yet still save energy. It’s well worth having a go just to see how cross eyed you can make it! :)

So, what can you do to save money and the planet today?
