Arrrgghhh…I called the ISP back this morning at the allocated time for an update on the DACS removal – to say I was anxious was a bit of an understatement, though the tension was a waste of time. The update was that there was ‘no update’ only that the DACS removal would now not even be reviewed until August 8th, which is another TEN DAYS!!!
So we are still waiting to see if we can actually buy Waterloo Farm as we cannot exchange or complete until I have seen Broadband working with my own eyes! To almost make matters worse, we still don’t even know when we will know.
I think it is time to complain.
